Experience the energy and ecstasy of your body in motion
Those of us who dance regularly are finding that the more we move the better we feel, and that moving together weaves a community in the heart that nourishes and sustains us.
Experience a half hour of personal warm-up, a brief facilitation to deepen your dance, and the remaining time to simply DANCE!
Drop in and by donation.
All ages welcome.

river of life
Fear, a current both ancient and alive,
twisting through the valleys of our ribs,
flooding the quiet hollows beneath our ski
Anger, that red surge that breaks the surface
foam-mouthed and unrelenting
It carves new channels with every turn,
Leaving behind a reshaped shore.
Sadness is slower, a heavy tide in dusk-colored water.
It moves with purpose, dragging silt
and memories from the bottom,
leaving silence in its wake.
Joy rushes in like spring melt, wild and golden,
overflowing banks with light too bright to hold.
It dances over stones,
spilling laughter into every crevice.
Compassion is the hush between heartbeats.
It does not rush.
It waits at the edge of another’s pain,
not to fix,
but to witness,
like the moon watches the tide.
